Observing the interplay create between these tremendously variant generations and lifestyles is fun and the music is surprisingly catchy. Cast includes Peter O’Toole, Joan Plowright, Alicia Silverstone, Jairnz Woolvett, Keram Malicki-Sanchez, Christopher Bolton, and Lochlyn Munro. 106 minutes, 2002.

Trading Mom – It’s about three siblings who could not stand their mom. Spacek cast a spell which makes her-and all recollection of her evaporate. Here is a flat and lifeless story with meager production values. Cast includes Sissy Spacek, Anna Chlumsky, Aaron Michael Metchik, Asher Metchik, Maureen Stapleton, and Merritt Yohnka. 82 minutes, 1994.

China Moon – Small-town police officer Harris lusts after miserably wedded Stowe in this temperamental film noir. A few nice twirls, although production is more than a tad analogous to the better Body Heat. This is a directorial debut for Bailey, more generally known as a top cinematographer. Cast includes Madeline Stowe, Charles Dance, Benicio Del Taro, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Roger Aaron Brown, and Patricia Healy. 99 minutes, 1994.

Zoolander – Male model Derek Zoolander is employed to help stop a group of assassins who are posing as male models. He must somehow penetrate this private group. Making things even more demanding is Hansel, a new, up and coming model, who keeps screwing things up for Zoolander.

Deliverance – This is an first-rate re-creation of the Dickey novel of 4 Atlanta businessmen who get more than they can handle throughout a weekend canoe trip. McKinney and Coward are two of the most horrible film scoundrels in history. The “Dueling Banjos” scene is very memorable. Film debuts of Beatty and Cox. James Dickey modified his own novel, and appears in the film as a sheriff. Ed O’Neill appears as a freeway watcher near end of film. Cast includes Cast includes Jon Voight, Burt Reynolds, Ned Beatty, Ronny Cox, Billy McKinney, Herbert “Cowboy” Coward, and James Dickey. 109 minutes, 1972.

Metropolitan – Typical comedy, packed with sarcasm, is set throughout Christmas season, with hermit Clements drawn into small gang of buddies, and out of his shell. Cast includes Carolyn Farina, Edward Clements, Christopher Eigeman, Taylor Nichols, Allison Rutledge-Parisi, Dylan Hundley, Isabel Gillies, Bryan Leder, Can Kempe, and Elizabeth Thompson. 98 minutes, 1990.
