The supporting cast is good too, Jim Broadbent gives an excellent performance, everyone is just great.

However aside from the top notch acting, the movie had a few flaws. The story was uninteresting at times, the flashback scenes were a bit muddled and a little confusing. The movie felt a little too safe, it tried too hard, not to be controversial. Although I don’t entirely blame the film itself for that. Margaret Thatcher was this decisive person, that whichever side the film picked, it would be criticized by a lot of people. I guess the film ultimately achieved the goal.

I equally liked the flick didn’t dwell too much on the politics, but on the character of Margaret Thatcher. We see the human side associated with the Iron Woman herself, beyond all of the partisan politics and rumors, we reach see a really private and sad side of her. ‘The Rite’ Movie Review

“The Rite” horror/thriller movie recently released into theaters by New Line Cinema. I checked it out,and felt it was pretty good. It showed a lot of extreme exorcism scenes Anthony Hopkins. The flick stars: Anthony Hopkins, Colin O’Donoghue, Alice Braga, Ciaran Hinds,and Rutger Hauer.

The film revolved around Michael and Father Lucas. Michael is a new Priest who has issues with his own faith. He doubts the Devil exists as well as these so-called Demonic possessions. In my opinion, the movie was very entertaining and interesting. However, there were some slow scenes during the film,and I found myself dosing off a bit. However, when things picked up,they really picked up in a very major way. It featured a lot of “can’t miss,” intense scenes. The exorcism scenes were very disturbing and convincing. I gave the movie a B grade.
